About the event

Women have come together in circle for thousands of years. The art of circle got lost, but is now on the rise again, as we remember and reclaim the power of it.

Circle is the place to reconnect with our truth, our soul and our heart. It’s a place for us to feel like we’re part of something greater than ourselves. We can let go of what we think we should be doing, we can let go of the mask we think we should be wearing. We just get to be ourselves. This leaves us feeling grounded, connected, rejuvenated, loved and present.

While we rise up together in sisterhood, powerful transformation and healing becomes available for us.

If you’re new to Sister Circles, or you haven’t found a Sister Circle that resonates with you yet, I welcome you to try something new.

With my knowledge and experience I’m holding a warm, inviting, fun and safe space where you can expect:

  • Guided meditation and visualisation about the theme of the circle. I’ll gently guide you to the parts of you that want to be seen.
  • Movement inspired by Yoga and Contemporary Dance to drop into the wisdom of the body.
  • A safe and loving circle to share anything that wants to come up.
  • Rituals to accelerate release or manifestation.
  • Closing the circle with (self)massage, journaling, or picking an oracle card for deeper insights.
  • There’s herbal tea by the plenty and yummy homemade snacks (free from gluten, refined sugar and animal products).
  • During every Sister Circle we work with a different theme inspired by astrology, natural cycles, goddess archetypes or other themes that are playing out in the collective.

Language

As a Dutch teacher I love switching to English if that means I can welcome women from all backgrounds. I also completely understand that English isn’t easy for everyone and that it can hold you back from truly opening up during our gathering.

If you are only comfortable with Dutch, or only with English, please let me know via the comment section when you book this gathering. I’ll happily juggle both languages if needed. Always feel free to reach out!

You are very welcome, exactly as you are.
