Let’s use the art of Modern Dance to cultivate freedom, connection, play, feminine energy, joy… Just to name a few ;)

Society demands that we live inside our heads, but the magic really happens when we drop into the body! The wisdom and flow that opens up when we connect to our bodies is just incredible..

During this Modern Dance course you can expect:

• Guided free-flowing movement which brings you back into connection with your body and your needs in a beautiful way, so that energy can start flowing again.

• Followed by exercises that strengthen and open the body while working on different techniques.
