Society demands that we live inside our heads, but the magic really happens when we drop into the body! The wisdom and flow that opens up when we connect to our bodies is just incredible..
During this Modern Dance introduction class you can expect:
Guided free-flowing movement which brings you back into connection with your body and your needs in a beautiful way, so that energy can start flowing again.
Followed by exercises that strengthen and open the body while working on different techniques.
Learning and dancing a choreography. I love to share what the music and movement means to me and what memories or visions I want to express through my body. I always invite you to tap into the parts of you that want to be moved…
